Hope Alliance is a 'not for profit' association based in Newcastle Australia, which coordinates projects, creates initiatives and develops sustainable opportunities which improve the lives, futures and education of Himalayan children and families in Nepal.

We have a base in Kathmandu with a great team of Nepali locals working for us. Our main projects are in and around a small remote village in the Mount Manaslu region called Lhi.

Its in this village that several of our team have come from, their families still live there in extreme poverty and they had a heart and passion to make a difference and bring education.

That's how Hope Alliance started, a group of Aussies partnering with a group of Nepalis to bring hope to a whole village community
